Our grapes: Albariño, Chardonnay, Semillon, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Tempranillo and Tannat.

In 2026, we are thrilled to introduce Las Espinas, the newest project by the Bouza Family. Located in Punta Negra, Maldonado, just 3 km from the Atlantic Ocean where we planted Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Merlot alongside—of course—Tannat, Uruguay's flagship variety.
